Pastor - Dan Jones

danjonesDan Jones was born in Sherman, Texas and grew up in Grayson County.  He attended Whitesboro High School and Texas A&M University – Commerce, graduating with a BS in Ag Business in 1995.  Kelly was born and raised near Greenville, Texas in Hunt County.  Dan and Kelly were married in 1995 and moved to Western Kansas where he worked for a grain company, local farmers, day worked for ranchers and sale barns, and took in wheat pasture and corn stalk cattle for winter grazing.   They also spent some time working on ranches in Arkansas, Wyoming, and SE Kansas.  Dan has also pastored churches in Dodge City and Edna, Kansas, as well as served as youth leader.  Kelly has served as Sunday School teacher, youth and nursery worker, and Dan's best friend and helper.  Kelly also works at the Hood County Sherriff's office in Granbury.  Dan and Kelly have 3 children; Lauren is a student at Weatherford College, Tyler and Luke are students at Tolar.

Associate Pastor- DeWayne Harris

DeWayne Harris - Associate Pastor

DeWayne Harris has served for the past 2 years as Associate Pastor of Triple Cross Cowboy Church.  DeWayne was born in Biloxi, Miss. and grew up in an Air Force family traveling through the USA and spent 3 years in Uruguay, South America.  Finally settling in Salina, Kansas where he finished high school and started his long collegiate and post graduate studies.  Finishing with a Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  He met Jan, his wife, while living in Fort Worth, Texas and spending time as a gun fight re-enactor on the North Side Stockyards.  Both he and Jan enjoyed the "western lifestyle" but wanted their own place in the West.  They moved to Granbury in 2001.  Becoming members of Triple Cross only one month after it became a church.  DeWayne and Jan have been married 16 years.  They have two children, no grandchildren at the time.

 As Associate Pastor, DeWayne conducts most weddings, does counseling, visits the Fort Worth hospitals, leads a small group in his home, take part in the trail rides and arena ministry.

 Associate Pastor- Gary Leonard

Gary Leonard - Elder

Associate Pastor, Gary Leonard, served full time ministry for thirty eight years before coming to Triple Cross.  Gary was born in West Texas and grew up on a peanut farm in Eastern New Mexico.  He moved to Albuquerque where he met is wife, Connie.  Gary served in The Army Security Agency during the Vietnam era.  He graduated from University of New Mexico with a BS and from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree. Gary and Connie have been married forty four years and have two married children and three grandchildren.

As Associate Pastor, Gary conducts funerals, does counseling, makes in town hospital visits, leads a small group and takes part in the trail rides and arena ministry.

3470 Lipan Hwy (Hwy 4) Granbury, TX

Take 51 off the square heading towards Weatherford. Just as you cross the railroad tracks near the park in Granbury (behind City Hall and down a couple of blocks), turn left onto Hwy 4 headed towards Thorp Springs and Lipan. Follow this road approximately four miles and you will see the church site on the right.  We hope to see you there!!!
