Ray lane

Ray has been a cattleman for most of his life, raising registered black Simmental cattle on his ranch in Eastland County. He grew up "a little bit of everywhere". His father worked in the oilfields, and they moved frequently. One of 5 children, he attended school in Breckenridge. While working as a meat cutter, Ray earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Midwestern University. He served in Vietnam as an intelligence analyst and briefer with the 1st Cavalry division. He has worked for 25 years in the tire industry, founding his own chain of truck tire and retread centers.
Ray brings the experience of decades as a bible teacher and church leader with an easygoing and humourous cowboy style of preaching. His focus is making the word of God practical and easy to understand with Jesus as the center and circumference of it all.
